These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User" or "Account Holder") and 388ein (the "Platform", "Operator", "We", "Us" or "Our") governing your access to and use of the 388ein online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://388ein.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

388ein reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or closure.
To register an Account on 388ein, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other fields required during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information current and for notifying the Platform of any material changes.
The Operator requires identity and age verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests and may require verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Documents must be genuine, unaltered, clearly legible and current. Never send sensitive documents through unsecured channels such as general email or messaging applications. The Platform will only request documents through the secure in-platform verification portal.

All deposits to a 388ein Account must be made through payment methods listed as active and available in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction. Availability of specific payment methods — including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa or JazzCash, Raast instant transfers, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, debit/credit cards or cryptocurrency — is subject to change and must be confirmed in the cashier before initiating a deposit.

Where cryptocurrency deposits (such as BTC, ETH or USDT) are listed as available in the cashier, the following additional conditions apply: the Player must send the exact cryptocurrency and use the exact network specified; the Operator accepts no liability for funds sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network; exchange rate conversions are applied at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain; and cryptocurrency deposits do not waive KYC requirements.

Any conduct that the Operator reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting software errors or promotional miscalculations — will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension or closure.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued after a Player has already opted in and commenced wagering, the Operator will honour the promotion on a pro-rata basis where practicable.

Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, the treatment of the Account Balance will depend on the nature of the breach and the Operator's findings during any investigation. Where closure is not related to a breach — such as a voluntary closure requested by the Player — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to pending KYC requirements being met.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the Platform's support team via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. 388ein reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication of the updated Terms on this page, with the "Last reviewed" date updated accordingly. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
